Chiropractic
Chiropractors are doctors who practice the art of healing by adjusting the spinal column and extremities. A healthy, well-aligned spinal column moving with full range of motion allows the nervous system to perform properly—which is vital, because it controls every function of your body. Your entire chiropractic appointment is one-on-one with your practitioner, and we prefer hands-on treatment over modalities (tingly machines), providing the most effective and highest quality service.

Physiotherapy
Physiotherapists work with people to identify and maximize their ability to move and function. We work with you to improve your health, lifestyle, & quality of life. You can expect strengthening exercises, manipulations, postural education, and a stronger sense of how your body works. We provide the best physio with 1-on-1 treatments. That means your physio won’t be bouncing from room to room and leaving you on a “tingly” machine. Effective, hands-on care to get you back to full strength, faster!

Acupuncture
There are many naturally occurring “points” on our body that affect specific muscles, joints, tendons, ligaments and soft tissues. Each acupuncture point has a different purpose, and can provide significant benefits that you may not have experienced from other treatments. Research studies have found that acupuncture can relieve pain and even reduce inflammation, by stimulating natural healing responses from the body.

Active Rehab
Active rehab is essentially recovery workouts with a personal trainer. A registered kinesiologist will meet with you in a gym or your residence to help you complete a customized exercise program. After your injuries have had a chance to recover and benefit from physiotherapy treatments, active rehab is the “final lap” of your recovery. You’ll have a certified trainer with a full understanding of muscles and movement to coach you towards the finish line.
Patients with ICBC claims are eligible for up to 100% full coverage. To start your active rehab or confirm your coverage, contact us.
