Is it bad if I don’t shave my legs before a massage?

Don’t stress! If it’s been a while since you’ve shaved your legs, or your back, or whatever area your massage therapist is providing treatment for—it’s cool. Don’t be embarrassed. Hair or stubble does not negatively impact a massage therapist’s ability to provide effective treatment. It’s not “scratchy” or uncomfortable for them to touch, either.

Come as you are. And if you would prefer to receive a massage over top of your clothing, we can absolutely do that too. For more information about disrobing for your massage, read this blog post.
